| Christy Carlson Romano was born on March 20th, 1984. She is Catholic and attended a Catholic school in Connecticut. Christy started doing commercials the age of six and gradually started to sing. By this time she had already played one of the orphans in Annie. She then began to tour in The Will Rogers Follies playing one of Will Rogers' sons.Christy also toured in The Sound of Music as one of the Von Trapp children. In 1999, Christy played the young astronomy student in the musical Stars in Your Eyes. Then she progressed her way to the theater and by the time she was 14 she had done 3 broadway shows including Parade. Her film career started with Woody Allen's Everyone Says I Love You and an abused child in Henry Fool. She also starred in the tear-jearking film Looking For an Echo as a leukemia patient. Christy then came to California and auditioned for 'Tawney' in the Disney Channel original comedy EvenStevens. She landed the female leading role as Ren Stevens. Ren is a booksmart girl who gets strait A's and hates her brother Louis played by Shia LaBeouf. She also does the voice of Kim Possible in the Disney Channel animated show Kim Possible. Christy is also a very good singer and has sung in EvenStevens episodes such as 'Dancing Queen'.
