| Fann Wong, a model-turned actress, shocked the public by emerging the winner of the Best Newcomer , The Best Actress of the year and Top 5 Actress with her 3rd drama, Chronicle Of Life. Fann potrayed a successful career woman who have been through all sorts of difficulties before she can climb on top of the ladder of society. Since then, Fann tried many challenging roles which wonÊ the hearts of many fans, regardless of their sex. She continue to be voted as one of the most popular actress after clinching the Top 5 Actress again in 1996. In that same year, she was nominated for the Best Actress Award in Asian Television Award for her role in The Unbroken Cycle. Apart from Fann's natural talent in acting, she proves to be a potential singer. Fann launched her first solo album, "Fanntasy" which contains 10 original songs, written by famous Singapore composers.
