Fred Willard (born September 18) is an American comedian and character actor, known for his improvisational comedy skills. He is perhaps best known for his roles in the mockumentaries This is Spinal Tap, Waiting for Guffman, Best in Show, and A Mighty Wind. He is also an alumi of The Second City comedy troupe.
