| Ivanka Trump (born Ivana Marie Trump October 30, 1981 in New York, New York) is an American model and businesswoman, best known as the daughter of Ivana and Donald Trump. She attended Choate Rosemary Hall, as well as The Chapin School. While she was at Choate, her mother only paid for her tuition and Ivanka had to pay for her phone bills. She had to find a job to pay for her other needs, and turned to modeling. Her mother did not want her daughter to become spoiled. She graduated summa cum laude from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Economics in 2004, and is currently the Vice President of Real Estate Development at the Trump Organization. She gained fame when she was featured in Born Rich, a documentary about the experience of growing up as a child in one of the world's most affluent families. A substitute judge in place of Carolyn Kepcher for at least five episodes throughout the production of The Apprentice 5, Ivanka filled in for the Gillette task in Week 2 and was not pleased with the poor performance of the Synergy team, resulting in a disastrous loss and the firing of two people by Trump. Ivanka filled in for Carolyn a second time during the Post Grape Nuts Cereal task, when her concerns were that no one in Synergy wanted to delegate tasks to Brent under any circumstances. However, the fact that Synergy abandoned Brent caused Brent to go way over the line in the boardroom, thus Donald Trump decided that at his discretion Brent had to go. Viewers should expect Ivanka to fill in for at least four more episodes. [1] [2] During her recent guest appearance on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Ivanka said that she and Bingo Gubelmann had broken up, yet they are still good friends. She also used the word "ultimately" about a dozen times during her interview segment. Jay Leno commented that he could hear her father's influence and inflections in her. |
