| Marisa Berenson was born on February 15, 1946 in New York, New York. Berenson's birth name is Elsa Schiaparelli. Marisa is the grandaughter of famous fashion designer Elsa Schiaparelli. In 1971 Berenson's first break came from Luchino Visconti, who cast her in DEATH IN VENICE. Marisa's sister, actress/photographer Berry Berenson, was one of the 58 victims of the terrorist-hijacked plane that crashed into the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001. Marisa and Jim Randall lived in the million dollar mansion in Beverly Hills he bought from Debbie Reynolds. Before entering films, Marisa Berenson was one of the top fashion models of the 1960s, a favorite at Vogue.
